No TV, no kettle tea or coffee in room very basic. Near to Burnley town walking distance. Was told to find key to room in drawers in kitchen from owners It was only another guest who happened to be there told me the key was in the bedroom door after iI couldn't find it.

The room was a good size the shower and toilet was clean there’s no tv in room . And there was a floor board missing underneath the carpet witch was a trip hazard

Got a nice peaceful rest. I never saw any staff at the accommodation I just got a pin number via email which was a little weird. It was a clean comfortable and affordable room in a quiet area so I got some much needed rest
