We were made to feel very welcome as guests of our host. The house is magnificent and having an evening meal cooked for us when we arrived was a real treat. We hadn’t realised it was dog friendly, so will remember that in future in case we travel with ours. It felt like home from home. The mussels were the best we had ever eaten. Tristan was also very helpful giving us advice on what to visit on our onward travels.

Our stay at was truly unforgettable. The building itself is a beautiful, historic maison with character. The rooms were decorated with great taste and attention to detail.
