Our family recently had the pleasure of staying Cave Auger and it was nothing short of wonderful! From the moment we arrived, Stephane greeted us with genuine warmth and made us feel right at home.
The cozy atmosphere of the B&B was perfect for our family, and Stephane and Gautier’s attention to detail in ensuring our comfort was truly appreciated. The room was spacious and well-appointed, providing plenty of space for our family to relax and unwind.
Each morning, we were treated to a delicious breakfast at their kitchen and we had a chance to play with their lovely bulldog Bouchon. It was a great way to start our day before heading out to explore the area.
One of the highlights of our stay was the opportunity to share stories with them over a glass of wine in the evening.
Their warmth and hospitality made us think that this will not be our last visit to Loire.

Beautiful castle, very well located, quiet but close to Saumur, nice swimming pool and stylish rooms. The owner was very charming and made us feel welcome, they even booked a restaurant for us with a vegetarian menu (unfortunately still rare in this part of France). super cute dog and cat were a bonus.
The list is too long, from the time getting across the arches while being greeted by Claire until the check out everything is perfect, attention to details, kids friendly approach, Claire ticks all the boxes.,😄
Once you get into the room you realise that you have made the right decision, very comfortable with all the necessary luxury.
The location is convenient 10mn from Saumur, quiet.
