Great location, just 50m from the lake. The studio was small (I think mine was one of the smaller ones) but it suited me fine and was well equipped for a short stay (essential kitchen items, small table and chairs inside and on balcony). The bed was very comfortable. The host/manager was very nice and helpful. I would definitely return.
Great location near banks of Lake Annecy, easy road and bus connections to Annecy. Good restaurant with nice terrace. Good balcony. Easy parking. Actually pretty peaceful. Its a hotel with so much potential.
Great host who provided lots of information on the area surrounding the lake. Room was recently renovated and had all the facilities required for a nice stay. The view from the room was amazing.
