One of the best experiences we have ever had staying in a hotel. The hosts were absolutely exceptional: always concerned with our comfort, helping us with travel plans, and giving us their personal recommendations. Very personalized care and attention. The breakfasts were amazing: fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh baguette and croissants, jams, eggs and cheeses and more. Hotel was only a short train ride to downtown Paris. Hotel is also located in a town with fantastic restaurants. This hotel is a must stay when visiting Paris.
A good location for a hassle-free stay in Paris, Maison Lavaud is a guest house surrounded by views of the city.

We loved having a place large enough to comfortably fit extended family. It allowed us to enjoy Paris but have space to cook dinner, lounge, etc. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast delivered each morning was such a treat. The flat was super close to Metro line 4 which was just what we needed to get around. Loved the property!

The hosts were very responsive and friendly. The position in the heart of Montmartre is excellent. Everything is nearby within walking distance. Views on the church from the apartment is wonderfull. The fridge and kitchen area was stocked with food for breakfast and a coffee machine with enough refills. Wish we could stay longer. Highly recommended place to stay.

Lovely large apartment style twin room. Great location with a nice terrace and balcony. Comfy beds, nice big bathroom, lovely host, lots of wardrobe space. Bus stop 2 minutes away, metro and tram 10 minutes. Plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes and food shops nearby.

The location is right next to the Paris Versailles expo and therefore the best possible place to stay for me and my colleague. The host was really nice and responded quickly. It is quiet here and really clean. After a long day of work that is exactly what you are looking for. The complete kitchen helped us get ready in the morning and evening. It is possible to keep your car in the garage where it is save behind a well-locked door. It is slightly small for a Volkswagen Touran, but it fit perfectly. Thank you so much!
The staff was amazing and so helpful to us (wife and our 2 year old daughter) considering we can’t speak the local language! They all spoke to us in English which was very helpful to us( from UK) The transport around this area is very good and cheap to places like Eiffel Tower, Disneyland and or Paris city centre! Their transport system is very good if you don’t mind public transport!
The apartment was perfect - ideal for a couple and with all amenities. Great shower pressure! A quick walk to Vanves shops, bakery, restaurants, banks, parks etc. Our host was lovely and made us a special birthday breakfast :) 12 min walk down to the Metro, 5 mins to the bus. 20 mins on bus to Roland Garros. Great location, so peaceful and quiet at night.
Host was welcoming, spoke English and very helpful with information. Room was small for 4 but clean and had everything we needed. Would be perfect for 2.
