I loved everything about this place. Robert and Jean Yves have literally thought of everything to ensure their guest's comfort. The room was lovely; tastefully decorated, quiet and clean. The breakfast was easily the best I've ever had - delivered to the door in a picnic basket every morning, I was able to eat it at my leisure (not to mention where ever I wanted! I could eat it in my room or bring it to the lovely garden). The gorgeous garden was perfect if I wanted to sit out with a glass of wine each evening. Not to mention the consideration with which I was treated by my hosts; for example, I was sitting out one evening and Robert arrived over with insect repellent because he said the mosquitos would be bad that evening (he was right!).
Villa Kumquats is also an ideal location - it's away from the city center making it lovely and quiet, but still very easy walking distance to everywhere. I was less than 10 minutes walk from the city center and maybe 15 minutes walk to the cathedral. The only time I got a taxi throughout my whole stay was to go to the airport. I was easily able to walk everywhere (and I did walk everywhere, Bezier is a very walkable city).
I was so stressed and looking for a relaxing break when I arrived in Beziers and I certainly got that. I came away feeling so chilled out. I would actually return to Bezier just to stay at Villa Kumquat again. Thank you guys for everything, you were fantastic!

It was exactly what Inqas looking for our night sleep after a whole day driving: comfortable, clean and quiet. Very close to both the town and the highway. My dogs really appreciated having a nice walk by the canal. Host was very nice, and accomdated to us arriving later than expected.

Mary was amazing! Her husband was very supportive, too. She knew we didn't have a car so she gave us free lifts to town and our camping site destination. Because of her kindness to us and her willingness to help tourists like us especially to buy a charger for our phones, and tablets and get our dinner, it became a lot easier to visit France. She also gave us free breakfast. Thanks very much again Mary! 5 stars and if I'll go back to Beziers, I will not hesitate to book with her again! 💕

Quiet place, on the outskirts of the city, parking outside, but felt safe.
Very welcoming hosts. Even though they do not speak English and we speak zero French, they tried so hard to understand, so in the end we made it.
Breakfast was really good, served on another terrace, makes you full and happy.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
This is a functional little apartment for a short stay. It has air con, plus all the facilities you need to self cater. Nice balcony to sit on, although this faces the road. Good shower.
The apartment is about 300, from the beach - just cross the road and walk a little bit, but it is at the end of town well away from all the bars and restaurants. Perfect for a quiet stay, if you don't mind a 1.5km walk each way along the lovely promenade on the beach.
There is parking for the apartment and you get a key to the gate to let you into it.
The apartment is beautiful, clean, quiet and comfortable. We really enjoyed having meals on the large balcony with the view of the water. It is literally a three minute walk to the beach. An amazing bakery is right around the corner. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. Our host was friendly and helpful- what more could you ask for? A perfect week. We would definitely come again!
