It was a place with a special charm. Great location in the middle of green meadows, not far from the sea and San Sebastian. The view from the balcony was great! Special thanks to the neighbor's sheep and very cute family dog! The room was spacious, tasteful and very comfortable. There was everything needed in the room. The bathroom was especially beautiful, with a view. The hosts were very friendly and took care of the guests in every way. The breakfast was tasty and varied. It was definitely one of the nicest lodges we have stayed at.

Charming, helpful & informative host who spent time making sure we were comfortable and sharing tips on where to eat & visit, as well as the fascinating history of the beautiful chateau & his family who had lived there since the 14th century. Lovely swimming pool and gardens; large, well equipped & furnished bedroom with large window on to the gardens. We couldn’t have had a better, more interesting end to our travels in France.

Véronique and Walter were wonderful hosts. House and garden are a delight. I had the charming room in the garden. Walter gave me very detailed instructions for a little motorbike tour along the coast, which I happily did the next day. I hope to return next year with my motorbike and girlfriend..

Excellent facilities made welcoming by very friendly and helpful hosts. The situation was quiet in a charming garden but yet was close to amenities, shops, road links and sight seeing oppprtunities. We experienced great breakfasts to start each day of exploration.
