At the end of a narrow road, you find this gem of a B&B. The rooms are basic, but clean and you have to prepare your own meals in the common but lovely kitchen area. The very best of the stay is the hospitality of Pascal and his wife Nancy who runs the place, the gorgeous view and all the nice people that you meet at breakfast and evening meals.
Just outside the doorstep there are lovely trails passning by that are worth trying out.
Situated in Blieux, Gaïa, maison d'hôtes Verdon, BBQ facilities, and free WiFi. With a garden, the property also features a terrace. The guest house provides a shared lounge.

This is a gem of a bed and breakfast. Very reasonable price. Breakfast was very personalised and a high quality which great value for money. Spacious rooms with sunny balcony. Really felt at home in the bed and breakfast.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Great location, convenient room and great outdoor leisure space in fantastic garden. Knowing the restaurant options in the area are limited it was great to find simple dining options available on the evening of our arrival!
The location is incredible, and the views as beautiful as the pictures on the website. The hosts have thought about every detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Amazing location! The property is a refurbished old medieval castle. An impressive structure. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome. We loved every minute of our stay and even cancelled some of our plans just to spend a bit more time reading on the terrace in the sunshine and enjoying the view and quietness. It’s breathtaking! There’s a gastronomic style restaurant in the castle and the food is absolutely delicious. Try the pulled lamb - it was the best lamb we’ve ever had!!!
Artistic touches and good design make this a charming place to stay. The family kitchen adjoins the guest salon, so you can hear the happy sounds of cooking and feel like part of the action, even while enjoying privacy. Outside, there are eclectic statuettes and art pieces and fountain tank to discover in the gardens. The dinner and breakfast featured several homemade products including wonderful fruit preserves, marinated wild mushrooms, and daube of beef.
