Highly recommend staying here! Why stay in a hotel with impersonal service when you can have: an idyllic setting, charming hosts, super clean rooms, homemade breakfasts, picture perfect yard, and even a pool if it’s warm enough! All for a lower price too. It was a shame we only stayed one night as we were captivated by the gorgeous sunset when we arrived at Le Moulin de l’Etang. Wish we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy more sunsets. Do yourself a favor and book your stay here to have an authentic French experience.

Very friendly and warm reception. Very nice room. Perfect stop-over, when you travel to south of France.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Amazing location, quiet campsite by the river.
The campsite restaurant was closed but we were kindly directed to walk to the next village, via the forest by the river. This was lovely. Staff was very clear and welcoming.
The property is an old meal converted to a guest house and run by two generations of a family. The building and setting is rustic but the interior is beautifully furnished and the bedrooms are great. The food was excellent, with home made produce, beautifully cooked fresh food and presented so well. The family are so welcoming and there is a pool and neighbouring to the property is a livery and an equestrian training ring. The neighbouring villages are enchanting to visit.
We were warmly welcomed at LA DOLOREANNE. The owners are very friendly. The rooms are very cozy, clean, and tidy. Upon arrival, we were able to relax and have a drink on the terrace. Our hosts also explained which options we had for dinner in the neighborhood. Breakfast was also very nice with lots of fresh and local perks.
The room was spacious and modern with shower and sink in the room and a toilet with a door. There is a nice swimming pool and outdoor areas to sit in, both in the sun and under cover. The hosts are friendly and helpful and let us in before the normal check in as we arrived early on bikes. Breakfast was good with home made jams and eggs from their own hens. There is a covered area for bikes inside the property. The room had air conditioning, which was needed during the hot summer.
