A lovely warm welcome and a lovely room. The area is so quiet which was a real bonus after two weeks in campsites! The family run property is so welcoming. There was a garden with a large plunge pool that our daughter was welcomed to use. The breakfast was simple but delicious and plentiful. The local town has a river and a beach and there are many restaurants to choose from, either a 30 minute stroll or a 10 minute drive away.

Great location in the center of town. An excellent Boulangerie across the street. Designated parking which was very convenient, even with our large vehicle. Lovely house and very well equipped. Feels like a home from home!

Beautiful secluded setting just next to the chateau, but only a short walk to all the facilities of the very pretty small town. The lodge was full of character and very well equipped. The hosts were really helpful, communicating before and during during our stay, calling round to make sure we had everything we needed with recommendations for restaurants and local wines
The splendid house has been converted to an hostel format, the rooms are simple but pleasant with glimpses of the old mansard roof details; we didn't have breakfast but went out into the town to eat.
Beautiful c19th townhouse, the room was the converted hayloft, and secure courtyard for parking. Lovely period furnishings and all beautifully appointed. Electric fan too which was essential in the late heatwave weather. Our host was charming and gave us a delicious breakfast including scrambled eggs which he cooked us personally. He also took the trouble to recommend several restaurants ahead of our visit and advised us to book ahead.
We had an excellent stay in this charming old house in the middle of Loir valley, very good place to explore the castles and Zoo Beauval. Sophie is a very warm hostess, very helpful, providing excellent and honest recommendations. We admired the house and the atmosphere Sophie is creating there by small things, which makes us want to return.
Lovely location and view to the old city, watching sunrise thru a big picture window in the morning! Very quiet but walking distance to city centre. Lovely host, very helpful.
