Great location with nice landscape close to many southern villages
Set in a 3 hectare park, this 19th-Century Provencal country house offers an outdoor swimming pool and a terrace. It is just a 2-minute walk to the centre of Lourmarin village and its castle.

The common area is nicely decorated. But the bed room needs a renovation. The bedroom is not very practical to have a bath with a curtain when the water tap leaks. There wasn’t much to do outdoors due to the time we visited. Maybe the facility could also consider outdoor area designed for colder days.
35 km from The Ochre Trail in Simiane-la-Rotonde, La Buisse offers accommodation with access to a fitness room. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the guest house free of charge.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
We loved Chris's warm, welcoming and helpful hosting. The accommodation is in such a peaceful location but within easy walking distance (15 mins) to delightful Saignon. We used a car to do shopping and visit sites but we also did a pleasant walk (35 mins) to the amazing Apt Saturday market. The pool and the swing chair were a delight and the house was comfortable and had everything we needed. We stayed
nine nights and could happily have stayed longer!
We enjoyed our stay in Saignon, with Chris Le Verger. Very quiet location, you really don't hear anything here. Very clean rooms, perfectly maintained. Everything you can use, can be found here.
Very hospitable host. Thank you very much Christine, Leo and family.
Definitely see you back on our next holiday in Provence.

Breakfast room was ok and it was possible to sit outside if preferred. The king size bed was really good and I enjoyed good sleep.
The village is really quiet.
Outstanding location, very spacious and beautifully decorated house & guesthouse, very friendly host, great infinity pool and bbq spot - anything you need, you’ll find it there!
Breakfast was excellent, just a shame it was served indoors. Our room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable but there was very little privacy with the wash basin and shower. There was a very nice view and a big window but nowhere to sit and enjoy the view. The hostess was very helpful and friendly but couldn’t be contacted when we arrived.
The location was very nice for a quiet time together in a beautiful small village in France. Just what we wanted. If we ever get to visit again will be back!
This place is situated in the small village of Saignon. It is a really nice guest house, the room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The breakfast was also very nice, everything freshly made.
A special thanks to the wonderful host Julie.
I can recommend this place whole-heartedly and would love to stay there again.
