Outstanding hotel, with an amazing host. We booked last minute and the property exceeded all my expectations. The room was very comfortable, and the attention to detail was top of the line. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. The host couldn't have been any nicer.
The only disappointment is we could only stay for one night. We'll definitely be back next year to stay for a longer stay.

No HVAC and no elevator….. had to carriage luggage up 2 floors and the room was very hot although we tried to use a fan to make it work

The breakfast was great. Homemade yoghurt and marmelade, excellent croissants and chocolatines pp. The hosts gave us so much informations, where to go, to eat and to explore. It is an old charming buiding and the stairs are really steep. We have only luggage for two nights, so it wasn´t a problem for us.

It is a charming guest house located conveniently to Mont St Michel area, only 12 min drive. The room is reasonably sized with a separate toilet and bathroom. The bathroom is a bit small but functional with towels heating rack. Hot water pressure is excellent. Shared kitchen allows us to cook something simple. Breakfast has lot of varieties of bread, jams and cakes, but they are too sweet for me. Sensor lighting in the car park is very helpful when you come back late at night.
Fleur de Sel is located in a quiet village on the polders within easy cycling distance of Mont Saint Michel. The hosts, Mary Jo & Thierry, are friendly & very helpful. Their local knowledge made my sightseeing so much more enjoyable. And did I mention, their breakfasts are AMAZING ! Every morning there was a huge spread of local produce with home made crepes & jams.
The location of the accommodation was stunning and our host was friendly and helpful. The bedroom was large and the bed comfortable, and it was so quiet in the evening. There was a shared lounge area and kitchen, perfect for preparing snacks or chilling out, there was also a pool table (no money needed) for the use of the guests. The breakfast was lovely, we even had French toast. It was lovely to see the Alpacas and goats that the hosts had too.
Beautiful boutique stay, great host and good facilities. Borrowed a bike from the host to go to Mont Saint Micheal which made the experience even better. Nice change of scenery staying on a farm.
Excellent host. Very kind and helpful. Made good recommendation for a local Creperie for an evening meal. Worth a visit. Also very helpful with maps and ideas about how to get to Mont St. Michel.
