Everything. New and clean. Modern fully equipped. Amazing jacuzzi so far best I ve had on any airbnb. The host was amazing. He helped us weeks before asking questions if we needed anything prior arrival. Then during he also helped and during leaving the apt he helped with a las minute taxi early in the morning.
Service was pristine. Cedric is a great host and we are pleased with the experience.

We loved everything: the rooms are beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. We loved the village of Ay. After staying in Reims many times, we loved the atmosphere of the small village. The breakfast was excellent, and we really enjoyed the “family style” table where we met other guests.

We are traveling for an extended period in France with a car and value accommodations that have a separate bedroom, living room and kitchen. First off, the bed was EXCELLENT. Which, if you are traveling a lot using apratment rentals, can be a big deal. Large bed with a very good mattress. Ample space in living room and kitchen, which had all the requirements for making a meal. Bakery down the street. Tasting rooms right in neighborhood! this area was a delight. The visitors guide was a great bonus. If you are there on a Saturday, make sure to visit to Helle Saint Thibault Market. We recommend this place.

It was a privilege to stay on the property.
Small but tasteful conversion a champagne winery gatehouse. Electric gate, secure off-road parking and ample run-around space for our companion cocker spaniel. Champagne tasting on our morning of departure was a delightful bonus as was a nearby boulangerie/patisserie for breakfast. Simple but charming eateries in the village provided a good evening meal.
The property was large, we were received super friendly by the host Marie. The location is excellent, you just can walk into the vineyards and champagnehouses. you can drive within 10 minutes the a lot of good champagnehouses and akso ELeclerc
This "gite" is perfectly located to hike/run across the champagne vineyards, there is a lovely forest behind to keep hiking/running/cycling.
The hosts were lovely and the champagne produced there is excellent.
The house is separated from other houses, quiet and well decorated.
Great boulangeries and restaurants are a short drive away.
Great location in the heart of the champagne region. Very friendly host. My idea of heaven was a mini fridge filled with 5 bottles of champagne! Didn’t actually manage to open one as we went out to a local bar. Have bought some to try later. Great breakfast with film about champagne making to get you started.
