Great location and perfectly beautiful flat. Main bed was very comfortable and we had everything we could possibly need. The fan above bed and sofa was a great addition and very useful as it wasn't hot enough for aircon but we couldn't keep the windows open for the noise.

Wow - what a find. Daphne & Benjamin are fantastic hosts. They helped us plan our day around Lyon and gave us advice about public transport. It’s an easy half hour ride into the city - either by bus or metro - both stops a few minutes walk from the house. The house was beautiful and the bed was massive (Super King) and extremely comfortable! We’d thoroughly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Gerard a fastastic host even our language balance was not a problem at all. He made a nice french breakfast every morning,with tasty local jams also coffee and tea were available for free anytime with a minikitchen. He'd responded my messages immediately. Also give me some advice about the local interestings and historical sightseeing.

Nice family-run business on the outskirts of Lyon. The host was charming and helpful and we were made very welcome. We were able to park our car securely within the grounds of the accommodation which was very helpful as we had a lot of luggage.
The hotel is modern and well designed. The room was a reasonable size with a very comfortable bed and adequate bathroom. The air conditioning was quiet and very efficient (the outside temperature was very hot) and the sound insulation is excellent. The position of the hotel is perfect, with very easy access to the autoroute and Lyon centre. The hotel has good free secure parking. The breakfast was very good with fresh fruit and orange juice, and a wide choice of food. The staff were very friendly and efficient.

This is truly a French-family-house. It is super clean; charming; with a friendly host herself (Daphné). The location is stone-throw from a big supermarket (carrefour), from a bus and metro station that takes you right to the heart of the city. There are also around charming local shops, restaurants and bakeries! highly recommended stay!
Bonus point: the owner has a lovely cat :)
The room is spacious, if you need 2 beds please indicate that in advance to your host before your arrival; otherwise you get a super comfortable large bed.
