Very friendly hostess who made us feel welcome and comfortable. The communication is great. We are able to use the side kitchen to make and eat some simple meal. The property is a farm house that renovated for B&B. Feel like a cottage with big back yard in the country side. The room is spacious. Shower water is good. On site parking in the front yard. The breakfast is decent.

What an amazing and interesting place to stay. We loved the experience of staying in a centuries-old listed building and discovering aspects of it's history and architecture. Having a great breakfast in a dining room steeped in history was memorable.
Secondly, Paul and Melissa were fantastic hosts and it was wonderful to get to know them. Meeting them added to the whole wonderful experience of staying at Le Chateau. If they invite you to chat with them over tea, grab the chance!

Very nice location in the centre of village with room to park in front of the house. Robert was very helpful. Great location for an overnight on your way south or to indeed explore the local area more. Everything you needed for a comfortable stay was there.

Owners were very friendly and helpful: on hand to assist if required but did not intrude. There was a very nice welcome with fresh bread, jam and croissants. The property was Ideally placed,:1km out of town, so accessible, but also extremely quiet and rural. The grounds were very pleasing, well-maintained and tranquil with a large private patio and small pool. The apartment itself was well-maintained, comfortable and extremely clean. All in all, a rural idyll. I would happily stay there again.
