Such a BEAUTIFUL location in a quiet city surrounded by mountains, perfectly nuzzled between Nice + Èze. The couple who own the property are some of the nicest people in France I have meet. They made lovely personal connections with each of the guests. The room was splendid, with Netflix provided, and you can lock the door ti ensure privacy while other guests are staying in another room connected by the central living space. Amazing water quality, bountiful access to teas + coffee, and seriously was a joy to return there each night for relaxing sleep. If I come back to France another year, I will definitely be staying here again! Thank you Grace :)

This is a lovely villa in the mountains outside of Nice, next to a very pretty and robust waterfall. The guestroom we stayed in was charming and incredibly cozy. The bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The host was incredibly kind and friendly. The coffee tables were filthy, though, with food stains on the sides. There there is a wonderful bakery serving sweets and sandwiches within a five minute drive. If you’re looking for a beautiful, more rural stay outside of Nice, this is a very sweet, nicely run small hotel that’s sure to please.
Just a few steps from Cros de Cagnes and a 7-minute walk from Beach du Port, Maison de la Marine features accommodations in Cagnes-sur-Mer, with a bar.

The view from the terrace is very nice. We could see the sunrise. The bed is very comfortable. The fridge is very cute-vintage. The bathroom mirror is nice. We stayed in room 6.

Super lovely that they give you so many things to make your stay convenient - ranging from food to toiletries. Super cute place, very good bed, Internet connection works perfectly well. Extremely clean! Wow-wow-wow

Antoinette is a charming, helpful and generous host. The studio is very peaceful, with a great view over the valley. In a small space, there is everything you need. Wifi and a/c work well. If you wish to visit the coast (Monaco, Nice etc are an easy drive), then it is great to escape the hustle-bustle of the cities, and their expense, and come back to this quiet location.
There was some breakfast provided in the welcome pack which was ok. The studio apartment is small but is very cleverly laid out and has everything you need. And an outside space to sit. We only stayed one night as travelling home but enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly
I can only recommend to everyone, nice, helpful hosts, perfect order and cleanliness, the accommodation is equipped with everything, quiet, peaceful environment.If will have the chance we will definitely return! I recommend with love to everyone. Thank you for all.
Grace and her husband are wonderful hosts! The room is very well equipped, full of amenities and it's perfect for a short stay around Nice. Not very far from the city, very quiet, close to the highway and in short distance from all important destinations in the region.
The terrace and its views over the valley - quiet, green, fragrant (From the Jasmine season). The kind host from welcome to goodbye - thank you Antoinette. She picked us up after indicating a parking spot very close to the house, she provided us with water, juices, cookies, coffee and milk, she was very pleasant.
