Management was very accommodating and helpful. Property is a stones throw to grocery store and bakery. Accommodations were wonderful and comfortable almost like you were home. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel for a night on our way to Italy and had a good experience. The hotel was very clean, and it was in a convenient spot for our trip.
The staff were nice and very helpful. Even though we woke up late and requested additional cheese, ham, and other breakfast items, they promptly provided everything we needed. It was very quiet, and we enjoyed having coffee under the pergola outside.
It's a shame we didn't have enough time to use the swimming pool, but overall, we were happy with our stay and would stay here again.
Excellent location, comfortable free parking, good breakfast, very friendly staff. We didn't need room service and that's why we got free drinks instead. Rather spacious room, very quiet, comfortable beds, electric kettle in the room.

Simple but very good dinner, we had pizza and wine and enjoyed it very much. Breakfast also very good, definitely fantastic value for money.
Our receptionist was Will (he said French for William), he spoke fluently English and was very helpful at all areas, whether giving directions to Strasbourg city centre or serving dinner.
It is also convenient place to go to city center, few km by car, then P+R and tram, overall some 20 mins and 4.2 EUR (P+R plus tram) overall for up to 7 people. We will come again.
