Our hosts were absolutely lovely people who helped us manage our visit to the area in every way. The garden was great and we enjoyed being able to picnic on our patio.

Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
We stayed in the gite...it was very nice. Our kids loved the animals in the beautiful gardens. The breakfast was homemade and delicious. The hosts were warm and charming.
Lovely hosts, lovely breakfast, everything we could possibly have needed was provided+ more. Rural location, which we prefer as we have pets traveling with us,but within travelling distance of bigger village/ small town with shops etc
The hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I am gluten free and Madame Charrier made me a special plum tart with chestnut flour pastry for breakfast! It is a very special place, filled with antiques. Quiet, peaceful and delightful.
Really nice welcome from great hosts, to a very comfortable stay!
Stayed as an overnight stopover on a long car journey, just a few minutes off the motorway in a quiet hamlet (with a very impressive old church)
The accommodation had everything - with fun quirky style
We asked (note: in advance) for an evening meal, which was truly excellent!
