The room was spacious and clean, and the free wi-fi a bonus. Breakfast was a nice selection of items, continental style, with delicious coffee. Located next to a beautiful park - made for lovely walks. If the weather had been better we would have gone kayaking on the canal.

Beautiful house, easy to get to, quiet location, very friendly owners! Lovely to have access to the table football and animals for the kids. Spacious rooms with small kitchen, which was really useful. Breakfast was nice (fresh croissant and bread, yoghurt, fresh fruit and home made jam).
The place has a lot of rustic charm and the host was lovely. The beds were comfortable and rooms a good size., While the breakfast was simple, everything was fresh and tasty.
The hosts are a lovely, friendly couple. The gite is light and spacious with comfortable beds (stairs are steep but not a problem for us) and everything you need. Our bikes were stored safely. Coffee and tea provided, and homemade jam - we were even given some to bring home! We ate excellent dinner in the main square in Ypres.
Wonderful Host! Absolutely delighted with the apartment we rented! The spacious layout, modern amenities, and fantastic location made our stay truly enjoyable.
