We really liked the peaceful location, great breakfast, comfortable bed, helpful hosts and the possibility to eat in the evening saving a trip back out again. The fact that you can use a kitchen is also very practical. For breakfast lovers each morning there were creamy homemade yoghurts as well as homemade granola and baked good and local cheese, bio juices etc.
The property is the last house on the hillside surrounded by nature and we went on a lovely walk directly from the property.
The hosts are really friendly, they are kind but non invasive people who talk if you want but leave you in peace if you don’t.

The view. It was absolutely stunning. We had a larger room with terrace which we used ( yes - even in october!) and just enjoyed to scenery. Next to that is the whirlpools outside and possibility to walk from the house and immediately be in the nature.
You have a lot of shared area's but the owner makes sure you have your own fridge, which came in handy.
All the facilities are well kept and feel luxurious. The ability to just rewind and relax and switch between whirlpool and sauna after a day of hiking was great.

Mr Poirot was friendly, welcoming and made sure we had everything that we needed. Our room was a good size and comfortable. There is an equipped kitchen available to use. The typically French breakfast was freshly prepared for us by Mr Poirot. There was plenty of parking and we were able to put our motorbikes in the garage, which we really appreciated. It was very peaceful and quiet with fabulous views from the property.

This is a quiet location, excellent for relaxing. The ski resorts are still nearby. The house is very authentic. Murriell is also a very caring host. I had some stomach ache and she cooked extra for me and literally helped me recover. Let alone that she prepares the fireplace for everyone to use. Thank you so much, dear Murriell.

The host met us outside the house, and showed us round, then provided us with some beers. The place was homely, with lots of interesting art and Knick-knacks to look at. It was in a very quiet spot, on the outskirts of Cornimont. We’d definitely try to stay there again, if we pass that way again.
