The location is nice, quiet, and in the country; but is less than ten minutes from the town of pont audemer with sights, restaurants, and markets. Not too far from highways either. Set on a few acres the place is lovely. Breakfast was wonderful and farm fresh. I can’t say enough great things.

Owners were most helpful. We were travelling with our cat and had been let down at the last minute by the people we were due to stay with. We had no food and arrived past the correct arrival time. No issues. Our hosts gave us a lovely platter of pâté, cheese, gherkins and artisan bread with a local white wine to wash everything down. The following morning, unfortunately there was a major power cut, but our hosts offered to take us into town, arrange for our breakfast and pay. Due to our plans we did not have the time to take up this offer, so the previous evenings food and drink was free.

A very charming farm property, with lovely rooms. They were very spacious, beautifully decorated, and the family was very nice. Very nice breakfast as well.

The views, the decor, the personal touches including the hand delivered home made breakfast every morning.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
The house is absolutely gorgeous, all the details and the atmosphere were exceptional. The location itself is very beautiful and quiet, just next to the small riverside. The kid was so excited about a special game room. The host is very welcoming. I would certainly recommend this booking.
Very friendly staff, very helpful and spoke good English (better than our French). Close to town centre, plenty of car parking, Lots of quaint, classic, Normandy style building in the town. Dinner and breakfast both good French style. A handy three hour drive from Eurotunnel. A gem which we'll use again when in the area.
Fantastic place in very quiet location. Place was equipped with everything you would need at home.
Supermarket and bakery within 10 minutes walk, also small restaurants, bars, pizzeria and coffee places. Perfect base to explore beautiful Normandy. 20 minutes drive to Lisieux. 10 minutes to Cerza zoo. 30 minutes to beautiful coast. Cormeilles itself is a beautiful village with unique sloping church also worth visiting.
Best of all for me was complete silence in the evening and morning and birds singing. Perfect place to reset.
Super friendly hosts and a room with every comfort and a view to die for! The breakfast was exceptional! All the decorations in the property were beautifully arranged and perfectly chosen. It was a pleasure to stay here.
Host couldn't do enough to make my stay pleasant. Great breakfast and peaceful, characterful room in the main house. Loved the morning discussion over breakfast with the hosts and other guests.
The breakfast was delicious. The owners were willing to make us pretty much anything. I had some bread and croissants with jam. My husband had bread and some lovely cheeses. The coffee was delicious. My husband is very picky about coffee and he had three cups. The husband did not speak much English, but the wife did and there were no communication issues. It is a very charming place
The host and the hostess were extremely friendly and everything was super quaint and authentic. Since our knowledge of the area wasn’t very good they even made us a reservation at a local restaurant that was wonderful. breakfast the next day was delicious with fresh, local, and homemade things.
