The owners are so friendly. They have taken great care to keep the house and gardens in immaculate and beautiful condition.

It was a lovely quiet place and the local car park (the tiered one if you go) was free and only a 5 minute walk, if that, with the cases from the guesthouse.
The owners were a lovely elderly couple and we certainly need to brush up on our French but we all managed to communicate well.

The Smiley faces in answer to each of these questions sums up how delighted we were with every aspect of our stay! I had chosen the gite based on the reviews already on the site but in fact it was even better than we had anticipated - in every aspect.

We had continental breakfast which was fresh every day which included Fruit Juice, Cereal, mixed meats, Fresh Fruit and plenty of fresh bread and Croissants. Drinks included Coffee and a selection of teas. Our host was available every morning during breakfast to keep the food topped up when needed.
Our host Michel gave a fabulous welcome to a wonderful independent gite with safe parking, a huge gated garden for us and our dog to enjoy with patio, the accommodation was a rustic treasure that relaxed, all amenities, comfortable, clean, spacious, highly recommend, we will definitely return, commes is a great location by harbour port village and close to Omaha, Bayeau so all the museums and landing sites etc easily accessible

Our stay was amazing the apartment has everything you need to be as comfortable as possible. Location was very good and the area itself was quiet. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a prefect weekend. The hosts were amazing and were easy to contact. They were helpful when an issue arose and very quick to solve any problems. Wonderful time.
The staff was very friendly, the food at the restaurant was exquisite and the location was beautiful. Everything was communicated clearly in advance and any questions always had a very satisfactory answer.
We fell in love with the place upon arrival. Nice and quiet, no hassle, easy enough to find and again, very nice hosts.
No problems with the WIFI as i read in the reviews that this was the main issue for some people. Still speaks a lot for the property if this is the only issue people could find.

We liked the family owners very much. They are helpful, friendly and worked very hard to make our stay as Excellent as it was. The location is charming with good communication in all directions, but quiet. The facilities are very comfortable, stylish but authentic and modest. The quality of the food was superb.
