The little house is situated on the road to Puy-de-Dôme in the woods just outside Royat. It has a garden with parking spot and is well separated from the road, so it is a quiet place. At the back you can descend to a small river and when you cross it, walk through the woods to Royat or do other hikes. The house is very cosy and is packed with memorabilia of car racing. The small kitchen is complete (hob, microwave, oven, but very small table), there is an aircon heating system and a fireplace, a good shower, TV, DVD and bluetooth sound bar. We slept very well. For car (racing) enthousiasts, an added bonus is the library (books and DVD's) about racing. The owner lives next door and came to ask us if all was OK.

It is a very clever cute little self-contained cottage. The lady who owns it is very welcoming and lovely. It is the best night sleep I’ve had in a very long time, everything is modern and clean. The space is clever so it can fit a family comfortably

Super chic studio in great location directly in the city centre. Claude was an excellent and helpful host. The studio had all that we needed for a 3 night stay. We were on a motorcycle so the on site, secure underground car park was a real bonus.
