We met friends for an end-of vacation lunch in the "Au Tourne au Verre" and decided to stay the afternoon / night in Cairenne. Nice location and excellent host! He prepped a breakfast package the evening before as we left early morning for a long drive to the homefront.
we had a lovely stay. the hosts were very easy going, attentive and easy going. our attempts at French were appreciated and their English was great to help us on our way in the beautiful surroundings.

Edwin and Eunice were great hosts. The views are spectacular from the pool, the day bed in the cave, the outdoor table and the terraced garden. The breakfast was great, how often do you have breakfast in a cave?
We really enjoyed the fantastic hosts who provided delicious food and wine, in a great location. We went for a tour with the host (Edwin) around a vineyard and a festival in Chateauneuf du Pap and had an amazing time! Our room was lovely and the grotto downstairs is truly unique Also, we definitely recommend eating there. Edwin is an amazing chef!
