Wonderful private location with a barbecue grill and space for kids to explore. The owner was happy to show all the animals on the surrounding farm. The place is a big hit with kids. The wagon is stocked with games and everything you might need.

This is a cozy apartment where you can feel at home directly in the city center of Caen. The host welcomes us with a bottle of cold water (in the summer heat) and a bottle of wine. The contact with the host was friendly, easy, and immediate. All facilities were according to the description, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the bed was comfortable. The small terrace is adorable. We were afraid of the noise caused by the city's nightlife, but even Friday evening was pretty calm and quiet.

We got a warm welcome from our host who showed us the studio we were staying in. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed; even a little kitchen! For some people it might be considered small, but we loved the cosiness.
The location of the studio is about 10 minutes from Caen city centre by car or 25 minutes by foot and it is very quiet day&night.
When we go visit the Normandie again we're definitely going to book this place again. I would definitely recommend it!
Mathieu was a wonderful host, friendly and accommodating. Knowledgeable and helpful. Good restaurant recommendations. We were on a cycle tour and the storage was excellent. A great city center location but also a quiet area. Good breakfast too. Chic modern decor. A good, and big, bed A real joy all round.
The apartment is in great location within walking distance from the city center in a quite neighborhood. It is clean and the rooms are spacious with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The hosts are responsive and helpful. Access process was very easy and straightforward. There is free parking space in the road outside the apartment.

Perfect base to discover Caen and the whole area, however you definitely need a car to do that! Not because of the position of the house, but because no public transportation for example to the landing beaches. So if you come here to discover history, rent a car. If you come here just to visit Caen or Bayeux, you are fine:-)
