The house is located in the same garden as host's house. It seems ancient and it's really small. Well suited for single stay.

Super lovely staff, very much a self-service type of place. Great common room to meet people. Room itself is basic but the AC works well, bathrooms are clean and never had to queue, and the in-house laundry was a great touch.
I think the bad reviews are extremely unjust and done by people who had expectations of a hotel as opposed to a friendly guesthouse.
