We loved everything: the rooms are beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. We loved the village of Ay. After staying in Reims many times, we loved the atmosphere of the small village. The breakfast was excellent, and we really enjoyed the “family style” table where we met other guests.

Everything. New and clean. Modern fully equipped. Amazing jacuzzi so far best I ve had on any airbnb. The host was amazing. He helped us weeks before asking questions if we needed anything prior arrival. Then during he also helped and during leaving the apt he helped with a las minute taxi early in the morning.
Service was pristine. Cedric is a great host and we are pleased with the experience.

We are traveling for an extended period in France with a car and value accommodations that have a separate bedroom, living room and kitchen. First off, the bed was EXCELLENT. Which, if you are traveling a lot using apratment rentals, can be a big deal. Large bed with a very good mattress. Ample space in living room and kitchen, which had all the requirements for making a meal. Bakery down the street. Tasting rooms right in neighborhood! this area was a delight. The visitors guide was a great bonus. If you are there on a Saturday, make sure to visit to Helle Saint Thibault Market. We recommend this place.

Very quaint B&B, simple but delicious breakfast. Owner's do not speak English, but we were able to communicate. The room was huge and had a small sitting area separate. 15 minutes outside of Epernay, France.

Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
The hotel was in a great location for our trip to the Bollinger champagne house. Although Ay is a much quieter placed to stay, we still enjoyed the local restaurants and cafe in the town square. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and the cost reasonable. No complaints at all. A little dated perhaps but clean and tidy.
Typically French - and utterly charming. Set in the heart of the champagne region, this beautiful home stay was once available to nuns who established a school, daycare and dispensary there. The host was clearly very proud of the dwelling, and keen to expectation its history to us.
We were able to park in the inner courtyard. And everything in the town was within walking distance.
The ‘History Of Champagne’ tour & tasting was incredibly interesting and well worth a visit.
Great location, clean and spacious accommodation, friendly host and most things required were provided. Very easy to walk to the market, the shops and, most importantly, all the local champagne houses!
Very quiet and peaceful great location the Bollinger tour is just around the corner walking distance as the Moët is a little further (we had to drive ) booked a great restaurant for us with amazing sunset views ( royal champagne ) food was lovely too
