Everything. New and clean. Modern fully equipped. Amazing jacuzzi so far best I ve had on any airbnb. The host was amazing. He helped us weeks before asking questions if we needed anything prior arrival. Then during he also helped and during leaving the apt he helped with a las minute taxi early in the morning.
Service was pristine. Cedric is a great host and we are pleased with the experience.

We loved everything: the rooms are beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. We loved the village of Ay. After staying in Reims many times, we loved the atmosphere of the small village. The breakfast was excellent, and we really enjoyed the “family style” table where we met other guests.

We are traveling for an extended period in France with a car and value accommodations that have a separate bedroom, living room and kitchen. First off, the bed was EXCELLENT. Which, if you are traveling a lot using apratment rentals, can be a big deal. Large bed with a very good mattress. Ample space in living room and kitchen, which had all the requirements for making a meal. Bakery down the street. Tasting rooms right in neighborhood! this area was a delight. The visitors guide was a great bonus. If you are there on a Saturday, make sure to visit to Helle Saint Thibault Market. We recommend this place.

Very quaint B&B, simple but delicious breakfast. Owner's do not speak English, but we were able to communicate. The room was huge and had a small sitting area separate. 15 minutes outside of Epernay, France.

The place is neatly designed and decorated. Conveniently equipped. Location is another huge asset, some fine champagne houses within minutes of walking distance.
The property is luminous and clean, very stylish, it’s really cosy and everything that there is was very well maintained. It was really nice that the host messaged me all the information straight after I booked and left a bottle of champagne as a present for us! The location is fantastic as you are in the middle of the vineyards, and 30 minutes drive from Reims. Convenient that you can park your car in the courtyard, near the house.
The rooms were nice and clean. Every Bed had a sweet little chocolate-surprise for us on it.
The house had everything neccessary and also some coffee capsules, coke in the fridge and some shampoo/shower gel was already available, which was really nice because we did not bring our on from home. Also charcoal and wood and a small grill are provided (which we could unforunately not use due to the weather ;) )
The contact to our host was also easy, and the host Juliana was really nice, helpfull and did respond quickly to our questions.
Very cute studio room fully renovated and with very nice interior look. All things were of high standards and it made us have a great and relaxing stay in Avize. The location is so quiet and surrounded by nature.
