Location is very good. Close to the city and the waterfront, but still quite calm for a town on the Cote d'Azur. There are quite nice gardens in front of and behind the house.
You get a lot of space with three bedrooms and the two bathrooms.

Great location close to the old town. The hostel facilities were nice and it was clean. It’s definitely a quiet hostel not a social hostel, I think I only spoke to two guests there in my entire 3 days - everyone seemed quiet but it made for a relaxing time.

Bathroom on the small side but that is pretty usual in France. Very comfortable bed in a lovely, quirky vintage styled room. Great location and easy to reach everything Antibes has to offer.
The host was responsive and she offered us all the informations needed in order to get to the location. The residence is quiet and well secured. There is a gate with an access code. The aparment was very clean, the dining area has a charming view. The air conditioning was very powerful and effective. The only "disadvantage " is that you have to walk 20 minutes to go to the beach, but it's a great opportunity to explore the city. I definitely recommend it !
You can really feel at home here. Holly, the manager, is a great hostess, it is very clean and the included breakfast at the big table in a family atmosphere is very good. The location of the guesthouse in the old town couldn't be better. In the evening you can hear the hustle and bustle of the square downstairs (no traffic noise, just conversations and some music), at night it is quiet.
The perfect location for all, who are looking for a quiet place within a huge garden and with a phantastic view. Antibes city center is within 20 minutes walk. Also we found remote beaches in close walking distance. David is a great host, we enjoyed talking and drinking coffee with him.
