Really great location near to Amiens and also close to the WWI memorials. The gite is really well appointed. Spacious, very clean and all the creature comforts you could wish for. The bedrooms are very good sized. The main bedroom has a large double bed and a smaller double bed, then the second bedroom has a good sized double room. All served by a bathroom that has a great walk in shower. The kitchen has everything including a cooker, dishwasher, microwave and utensils. There's a comfy couch and dining table. The outside space is very pretty. The hosts were super friendly and welcoming. They have a pet cat and dog and are very dog friendly. There is great parking on the road at the front, two steps from the front door and then the hosts offer secure parking off the road behind the locked gates, which was great. Demuin as a town is very peaceful and wonderfully quiet.

The Location was exellent, set in extensive well kept grounds with wonderfull views across the valley below.
The gated on site parking was very secure.
Just a couple of kms from the park & ride into Amiens (saves on having to park in town)
The patio area was well located to receive the afternoon sun.
All the fittings where of the latest syle and highest quality.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Julie is a great host, very helpful and friendly. Plus she makes a great breakfast. The location is quite convienently placed next to Circus and Jules Verne house, and just a small walk into the city center.
The apartment is quiet, well situated with only a short walk to the cathedral, the old town and many cafes, restaurants and a couple of supermarkets. It also has a large balcony overlooking one of the canals. Miguel was a great host, meeting us at the apartment and giving us many good suggestions for our time in Amiens.
Host Julie gave us a warm welcome. Very useful information about the stay and the surroundings. Room was spot clean and thanks to the luxury bedding, we had a wonderful good night of sleep Breakfast included, no complaints, complete and wholesome.
Location in a quiet area, less than 10 minutes walking distance to city centre. Easy parking..
Location is excellent. Very central but quiet on a night. The facilities are exceptional, we did not require anything more than what was provided. Damian is a great host and made it feel like a home from home.
Good location, not far away from the city center but located in a quiet area, nights were really quiet, cozy attic with all the utillities one could need and veeery comfy bed. There is a grocery store at 100m and also a bus station and a boulangerie really close. Nicolas was a very welcoming and responsive host, answering promptly to my questions and requests. I highly reccommend!
Great location and parking close by.
It was very cold and although we used the bar across the road which was good, we were more than happy to eat in the hotel.
It was in the city centre but very quiet with big opening windows which we love as we prefer fresh air.
The lady who checked us in was lovely and the lady running breakfast in particular was absolutely on the ball making sure every detail was right, anticipating what you were looking for.
Wonderful host, very nice breakfast, which was prepared for us in a basket and placed outside of the room in the morning!
The view out of the back window onto the terrace and the church is very cool! The bathroom is ensuing while the toilet is in the hallway. All in all very charming house!
A 20 minute walk from the city center, so perfect to go exploring!
Super friendly host, gave us information about the city and a city map, lovely house. Parking on the street, but free and safe. Quiet neighborhood, close to the city center.
Great location with easy access to the city centre yet quiet. We parked the car within the property which was very convenient. Olivier was the perfect host providing great breakfasts and good local advice about Amiens. Thanks Olivier and Philippe.
Amazing little guesthouse. A charming host with such a good taste and style who looks personally after the guests. Delicious breakfast. Very quiet place even so part of the city. I loved to stay there. Thank you.
