Tram stop right in front of the block (direct connection to the city center and places of interest), shopping area across the street, very quiet neighborhood, view of the woods. The apartment (actually one room) very clean, cozy, welcoming, tastefully furnished, well equipped kitchenette, everything functional, but also a lot of free space left. Coffee from the hosts. Upon request, we received an invoice for our stay.
Great location very close to the city center, to the main railway station, to city bikes stations. Excellent for trips around Tampere (many sights are close by - walking distance) as well as trips outside the city (car rental is located in the same street 1 min walk, easy to get to Helsinki, Rauma, Pori etc.). Very helpful host - available and flexible with check-in and out matters. Quick communication.
Would highly recommend this hostel and hotel in Tampere for everyone visiting, the hotel is located upstairs and my room was so quiet, bed was huge and super comfortable and the WIFI was excellent too.
The lovely lady at the reception helped answearing all my questions, was very approachable and friendly.
Also they have a massive common area and facilities to prepare tea, coffee and even a small light meal.
It is also located a few min walk from the train station, and also city center with all the attractions.

Nice apartment at a good location, in a quiet area, close to the city centre. A supermarket is just about 200 meters away. It has two single beds, which are comfortable, plus a sofa that can be turned to a bed. The host, Mari, is very kind and helpful.
Very good location near city center and quiet surrounding. The host is quite nice people and very easy to get key. It is lovely that we can park our car in the apartment's yard.
+great location, in close vicinity to the city center and in walking distance to, basically, everything (train/bus station, lake, shops, restaurants, party places… I think the only thing not close is the University area, which is easily reachable by tram from this location)
