The renovation of the log house into a vacation rental unit was well done. The property was conveniently located, close to the city center and a grocery store. Instructions for accessing the unit were received in good time and were easy to understand.

The staff was so friendly, welcoming and accepting. The location is perfect - walking distance to many places (travel agencies, supermarkets, the mall, restaurants, bus stop etc). The room is very comfortable, clean and has basic furniture. The bathroom was close to my room and was always very clean. The price was very fair.

Very nice place with a lot of charm. The room is very cozy and smells of wood. The owner was very friendly and toke the time to chat a bit. There is no big bed, but the owner gave us a third bed to put next to the loft bed. There would also be a possibilty to use a old traditional sauna (2-3h of heating time according to the owner). Calm and nice neighborhood.

I really enjoyed our stay at the Guest House. It was an incredible few days in Rovaniemi that I will cherish forever in my memory. The accommodation was simply spectacular, and the bed was super comfortable. The hosts were very welcoming; he picked us up at the train station and even gave us a ride back to the bus station on our departure, in addition to helping us with various questions about transportation and other things. My husband and I loved the city of Rovaniemi and our stay at the guest house. I am very grateful to the hosts for their hospitality.

This was an amazing property in a great location, very quiet, close to city centre, air port and Santa village. The apartment had everything we needed. There were sleds kids were able to use outside the apartment. The host was amazing and allowed us an earlier check in time. There was a garage for our hire car which was no stress.

Apartment is really lovely. Very spacious and well laid out. Well located and a very nice host. A little too residential and quiet if travelling with kids, the neighbours do not appreciate noise. Bus No 8, supermarket, taxi rank around the corner. Near the Museums, river and city centre.
The most beautiful home in the most beautiful place in the world!!! Sari was a wonderful host, checking in with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. An easy drive from Rovaniemi city centre. So peaceful and quiet. We didn’t want to leave. Highly recommended!!
Communication with Hugo the host was great. He sent us all the info about the appartment and offered to help if we had any questions regarding our trip and what to do around.
The place was spotless, very well decorated and functional. We loved the sauna, kitchen was great and bedding really comfortable.
Location was also ideal, walking distance to the city centre (25-30min) but still in a quiet neighbourhood and not far from the river.
Great location- only 7 minutes walk from the city centre. Brilliant host, clear communication and always was able to assist with my queries. The apartment was clean and quiet. It had everything needed from shampoo, towels to coffee. The bed was comfy. It had a balcony - was nice to have some outdoor space. Overall a very decent apartment and good value for money.

Great location, in the nature, right at the skiing / walking trails, yet close to the city center. Hotel is nicely decorated, room was quiet, with comfortable beds, sauna, tea/coffee service. Breakfast is amazing, a lot to chose from and very tasty. Restaurant serves delicious food, we were amazed by Surprise menu.
