Awesome hot shower with really good pressure. Old school villa style house and really helpful, friendly staff. Allowed early check in. And even though I wasn't staying on my last day, I was allowed to shower and stow my luggage before my flight. Noni is a great host, a credit to herself and keeps all the guests informed, happy and well served at the bar too! When the power died, she had a powerbank to lend to charge my phone. She came through :)

The Hotel staff was very helpful and the Manager was a great host . Very helpful ,informative and also fed me on a few occasions ,took me also for breakfast , where the food was more to my liking and to my taste buds . Thank Goodness .

Haile, the owner of this guest house is very friendly , helpful and accommodating.. Free shuttle service to and from the airport as well !
I appreciated his tips saving me time and stress. The rooms are clean, cosy and comfortable in a quiet avenue . The location is in a decent part of Addis and only takes about 15 to 20 minutes to the airport . Other parts are easily accessible via taxi and there are a few small malls walking distance . I was happy to stay there a 2nd time .
Comfortable and quiet room in the city centre. Many of the city's attractions are within walking distance. Complimentary airport pickup, which is much appreciated given the traffic. Better WiFi than in other places in Ethiopia.

Bruk and Betsi are really doing something amazing. Clean, cozy, comfortable, and with hosts that are the best one can imagine. I went there expecting just another guesthouse and I found friends, who helped me with everything I needed - excursions included - and made my time there just great!

Pleasant stay at the guest house, but a confusing and shady area where this guesthouse is located. Every taxi driver was hesitant to go to this area for drop.
