Staff were excellent. Had difficulty with entry code and staff at the other casual hotel in the street sorted out the problem very quickly. The same staff member gladly booked a taxi for our departure. Very satisfied with accommodation and location.

We felt very welcomed and enjoyed a really good stay in Bilbao! The location is very quiet and lovely and very well connected to the city center by metro, as well as to the beach by bus or walking. A lot of shops and grocery are in walking distance too.

The room and the house are very comfortable, cosy, cute and immaculate clean. And mostly the host Anabel is a great host. She makes you feel welcome, she is friendly and attentive. I got sick the last day of my stay and she allowed to stay longer than the check out time without extra charge, also offered me some medicine. I will never forget her kindness.
Sopelana is very nice, quite town, with a nice beach and hiking route along the cliff.
