The staff were very accommodating and welcoming. If we reported any issues, it would be resolved almost immediately. It felt very safe and the 24 hour reception was a comfort for us!

On arrival, I was selected for VIP status. No idea of the criteria for this but it gave me full pension, free access to the spa, sea-view room, later checkout and others. Very nice gesture, really made my stay special.
Great location, the railway station is just in front of the hotel, but absolutely not loud. The beach is close, just have to cross the rails through the subway. Clean rooms, nice staff. The breakfast and dinner was delicious, I like that the waiters helped where to sit, so we never waited for free tables. The pool was clean and there was a small one for children as well. The animator was really good, there were great programs every day at the pool. In the bar there was mini disco every evening and after live music or dance shows.
The hotel was at the quieter end of the seafront and the room and food were both very good.
Our room had been recently refurbished to a high standard and was very comfortable
