Stayed there for a few nigts only. Very secure place, very good communication with the owner. Place is far enough from the centre of town and it was very quiet there.
Flat was very clean with coffee machine and fridge, books, nothing else needed on a solo trip. Very cozy patio area.
You need to like cats as it was one coming to stay with me every night. Highly recomend this place and definitely I will come back.

The location was perfect, a beautiful local town. A true experience of Spanish life. The room itself was clean and well equipped, it was very small but more than worth the money that we paid for it. The cleaners were there daily but some of the other residents were a little inconsiderate with their cleanliness or lack thereof. When we entered our room we were surprised with a beautiful arrangement on the bed to celebrate my wife's birthday, which consisted of a bottle of wine and a birthday card containing a beautiful message. Thank you so much!

Beautiful little gem in the hills of Adeje.
A small, lovely decorated Finca with a garden, pool and free parking right at the front door,
The owner prepares a great breakfast to start your day and I loved the good coffee every morning.
You also have a small communal kitchen should you want to prepare something for yourself or get tea & coffee throughout the day.
Our room was small but beautiful with a fridge and a bottle of Cava waiting for us.
There are a few good restaurants in walking distance but you definitely need a car to get around.

This property is in a great location with lots of pubs & restaurants locally. There are great beaches within walking distance & La Caleta is a gorgeous town a short walk up the coast. Williams the host is amazing - friendly & will help with anything you need. The property was always clean & the facilities like the terrace & pool make it a really comfortable stay!

The property was modern, clean and very spacious. The outside area and pool was the highlight. Perfect pool for our 2 children. We had a wonderful 11 night stay in this beautiful villa. Hosts were very responsive and nothing was too much, they were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The villa is situated on a quiet road on a lovely golf resort with easy access to the little supermarket/bars and restaurants (all within walking distance)

Comfortable and spacious villas situated around a lovely pool. Hosts Maria and Aldofo are charming, kind and exceptionally helpful. We enjoyed the food and entertainment at the Waterfall bar. Great holiday location. Peaceful and quiet. Very friendly atmosphere. Shops, restaurants and beaches nearby. Gardens and pool are maintained to an immaculate standard.
The property is in a great location. Although it is close to the airport, there is no noise and very safe and quiet. The host / management company were excellent giving us a video of how to get into the property before arrival. Great communication with the management agent, he always answered questions and were very accommodating with our afternoon flight.
We were met by Lulu the host as soon as we stepped out of the taxi.Lulu was very friendly and welcoming.Lulu gave us a great insight about the local area and advice on where the best restaurants and bars where which was very helpful.We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the apartment and the location was perfect.All in all a great holiday and a great host.
Great location to access the motorway and to explore the south of Tenerife. Area is busy during the day, but very quiet at night. There are a few little shops and restaurants nearby and a Lidl a short drive away. The apartment has. a great sunny south facing balcony and a roof terrace - ideal for star gazing! The hosts were very helpful.
Simply put...... what's not to like, great location, great facilities and great Hosts. We were in apartment 125 which is one of the penthouse's. Really thoughtful, a bottle of fizz, milk & water provided so we could make a drink straight away, washing up liquid & loo rolls also provided.
Highly Recommended and so worth the slight extra price.
Edeficio Canadas is a super clean, well-equipped and utterly charming flat with sea and pool view just a stone's throw away from supermarkets, seafront, golf, horse-riding, co-working and other amenities. The area is quiet at night and the hosts are just lovely.
