El Cairo is in a great location to explore Ferrol. Our room was small, but had everything we needed, and was very clean and comfortable. Beds were super comfy. Carlos is a great host. This is a great value, and a perfect spot for pilgrims beginning the Camino Inglés!

The room was lacking a kettle. The curtains were falling off of the curtain rail. It was very noisy at night from traffic. The place felt grubby and very basic. At 10pm, we found ourselves trapped in the building, as the exit door wouldn't open. We contacted the property, and someone did come to open the door. It was firmly wedged, and took physical exertion to get the door open.
The owner was very helpful upon arrival, assisting with opening the stuck door lete at night, and coffee, juice and breakfast were reasonable before we left.
Overall experience was not pleasant.

The room was a good size. Had a great shower. There was self serve coffee and simple breakfast. The host was responsive and available.

The hotel is very well located, close to the city center and it's great to have a night out. The staff are very nice and very accomodating when I asked to house a cake in their fridge.
An outstanding clean modern apartment- very well equipped, central location, very comfortable beds and pillows, very helpful and welcoming hosts, some local beer in the fridge as a welcome gift, superb!

Great location, clean - spotless, newly renovated, quiet (maybe not always - the bar next door was closed that night), great facilities- fridge, kitchenette, coffee machine and snacks. We had a room with two beds - we could get about 1m between beds when we separated them but it was good to go.
Easy check in (we did it ourselves but they gave us all the information so it was easy!).
The room was very nice with a balcony overlooking a quaint cobblestone street. We loved Madalena beach near by. Check-in was easy and the host was friendly with instructions over the phone.
The apartment had a lovely entrance hall with communal area washing machine and drier. Our room was clean,comfortable and tastefully decorated with windows looking out onto the street. The apartment is in the centre of town which is a lovely,quaint place to explore and there is a fabulous beach over the bridge! The host responded immediately to any queries we had.
The kitchen area although small was well equipped and perfect use had been made of the space!
