Everything. The views of the mountains, the river noise, the fruit trees ( caqui😋),the bonsais, the lamb pasture, and the super attention to detail. We had hike and area books to our disposal , comfy lounge chairs to watch the sunset and enjoy our sidra. The location is magical, perfectly in between Santo Toribio, Potes, Fuente De and Mogrovejo. We slept so well after our hiking days. Parking is easy with plenty of space. Thanks Lourdes for sharing your beautiful space.

We had a fabulous 3 night stay. A peaceful mountain setting but a good base to explore the area. Rooms were very comfortable and we had all we needed. Rosa was the perfect host, friendly and attentive throughout the stay. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty and we had dinner on 2 nights which was home cooked food at its very best.

Great location for hikers! I had a lovely room with a mountain view balcony. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was all locally sourced and delicious. Would definitely visit again!

Very central location near a spacious free carpark, located right in the heart of the town with a very nice view of the river and the picturesque Roman bridge. A large array of good restaurants in the proximity, as well as a parade of little shops, cafes and a pharmacy. The host was lovely and very eager to help, and provided us with maps and books about hiking in the area. The apartment also has a washing machine and basic kitchen appliances. A very good base in a very quiet complex for hiking in the Picos de Europa.

Charming apartment with very comfortable double beds in the main bedroom and a small but serviceable shower on the middle floor and separate toilet off the lounge/ kitchen area.

This must be the best place to stay in Potes! The split-level studio was perfect for a couple. We very much appreciated the way that Augustin has equipped & decorated the studio. Everything is clean & smart & comfortable. The garden is beautiful - there is a lovely outdoor table for drinks & food, with great views of the mountains. Augustin is a great host. We hope to return & also recommend to friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
