It is a small hotel with a family atmosphere. The main pros of this spot are that it's very close to the beach, bus stop, shop, and several restaurants. The couple who take care of the hotel are nice and helpful, and there is always enough to choose from for breakfast. Cleaning is done every day, towels are changed regularly. At night it's quiet enough.
Guests can admire beautiful sea views from the rooms and outdoor solarium at Hostal Sa Baronia. The guest house features a quiet outdoor swimming pool, with a special area for children.

The location of Banyalbufar is wonderful and Hostal Sa Baronia is right in the centre. I would recommend booking a terrace room with seaview - which we didn't - Nonetheless our room was perfectly nice, very clean and comfortable. and the restaurant is on a terrace and has a magnificent view of the coast. Very happy with our stay here.

Great location - allows easy and quick access both to the city centre and to the bus station, if you want to hop on a bus for another part of the island. The self-check is easy to follow and went through without a hitch, and the room had everything we needed for a short stay, even though it was quite small. I loved that the place provides lugagge lockers you can use after checkout, and there's also a common area bathroom that allows you to freshen up even after checkout.

Clean rooms and bathrooms. Beds and rooms tidied every day. Air conditioning. Very friendly staff...all very helpful...for example, we were moved from a 4th-floor room to a 2nd-floor room. Breakfast was basic but with all the right things (milk was cold too!) Coffee machine worked great...good coffee!

I booked this for my 18 year old son who was a solo traveler. The hostel was in a great location and my son said he felt safe the whole time. The owners of the hostel also live there, so there is no excessive noise or large groups. The owners made my son feel welcome and was given a key for the main door, so he could come and go at any time. Bonus was the free safe in the room!
Incredible view & great location. We especially loved the rooftop adults only pool & bar! Very quiet resort compared to others we had been to. Gorgeous interior / breakfast area / restaurants too. Has a spa, gym & grocery store as well.
Absolutely great location directly at a nice quiet beach in a bay. Hotel is near shops and bars and one can park the car at a few nearby public parking areas. The hotel has super friendly staff and very good breakfast. Rooms are ok with size and nicely freshly decorated. We had a room with balcony with Seaview, which was absolutely great and quiet. Rather quiet neighbourhood with - handy - night shops.
I would class this property as a small cute boutique hotel type. It's absolutely perfect for a couples getaway or a girls trip (if you behave yourself) lol. I don't think it would necessarily suit stag or hen parties, it's very quiet and chilled. This was our second visit in the last 7 months, if I'm ever back on palma nova i would definitely re visit.
Great location just 2 minutes from the beach and shops, bars ect . Lovely and quiet and staff were great. Had the club sandwich round the pool and was ginormous.
The hostal is very clean,location 10,señor Roberto ,Emma and the housekeeping lady from Paraguay very kind and helpful.Room was cleaned every day,big room,big bathroom ,I believe recently refurbished as all the facilities are in perfect condition.

Really comfortable and clean room. I highly recommend the pool view rooms as they are quiet at night and don't overlook the bars. There was a lot of choice for breakfast, from warm items such as eggs, bacon, and sausages, to lots of fresh fruit, yogurts, jams, cold cuts, cereal, and healthier items like seeds and oats. Great location too, it was very central and close to the beach. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe in the hotel and in my room.
