Check in was easy and the location is very close to the train station. Beautiful area and the room was very nice. The kitchen was very well stocked and kept.

The staff was very friendly. The location is great. Pension has a very unique vibe. Great value for the price. Those expecting a modern hotel will be disappointed - it's an age old house with all its quirkyness. The terrace on the roof is a nice touch. The checkin/out was smooth.

Location is excellent just close to everything you need. The style of the flat is really cute and it was extra clean. If you're travelling with babies is fully equipped with crib, baby chair, cutlery there are even some games for kids.

The hotel has been renovated from an old courtyard farmhouse to a high standard. The owners (who served breakfast) are a lovely, polite and kind couple. The bathrooms had excellent showers with underfloor heating. Breakfast was served by the owners and all the food was to a high standard. Communal areas were cleaned everyday and the whole place had an air of quiet and calm.
Everything, really. Welcome, communication with staff and management, friendliness, constant care of management and staff to please and inquire about our needs, spotless clean rooms and ultra comfortable beds, fast WiFi, quiet neighborhood which allows for restful nights. Restaurant is also exceptional in food quality and prices we rarely see elsewhere. Breakfast, complimentory, is enough to energize for long hikes in multiple trails throughout the bucolic settings of the Cerdagne.
The staff were excellent and very friendly and very helpful with a problem i had with my motorcycle. Nothing was to much trouble for them. The pool was kept in pristine condition and welcome relief after a long day on the bike. Inside the bar area that is open all day it realy cool and quiet, with beer on call all day. Lots of parking outside the main door. Lots of poolside lounges to enjoy the baking sun. And only a short walk from some of the best restaurants in the town.

needed to stay til 3.30 pm for an important buz call. hotel offered me an empty quiet bedroom that was not being used or cleaned, and did not charge extra for it!!! plus the reception staff was efficient, very friendly and totally professional.
