The staff exceptional. We were provided a map and all our questions were answered, including how to get to hostal from bus station. The hotel is nice and very conveniently located. Easy check-in and check-out. We were extremely happy with our stay.

Location is great (but can tricky for parking) - however host provides excellent instructions and suggestions! Room was nice and clean and bathroom was fair as well. Cool place with all needed for Salamanca stay for fair money.

We booked and paid the room at a out 20:15 on the day. We were already in Salamanca. It is advertised as with parking. We spent about an hour trying to drive there. Eventually we were stopped by the police and advised that it is a pedestrianised area and we could not drive there. We parked walked and arrived at 21:30 to find the place locked and not answering the door or phone. It is not a Hhotel but a small grubby house apparently split into apartments. We were unable to find alternative accommodation and had to sleep in out car.
Overlooking Alamedila Park, Hostal Gud Salamanca offers rooms with private bathrooms and free Wi-Fi. It is within 10 minutes’ walk of Salamanca’s charming old town and famous university.

Perfect location. The room was clean and organized. The bed was comfy. I enjoyed the size of the room for one person.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
We stayed 3 nights so we had two days visiting Salamanca. Clean. Easy safe parking. Quiet. Plenty of space. Friendly host. Decent warm shower. Straightforward drive to/from Salamanca
Happy with our choice.
I loved the self check in, download an app that lets you unlock the garage that leads to your own private appartement right above the garage , secured and quiet area. Clean and cheap . Petrol station 1 minute drive from here.
It was excellent value for money: very cheap, comfortable and clean. No frills, but exactly what we needed. It was also very close to Salamanca (approximately a 10 minute drive from the centre).
The Hostal was very clean, basic but in a good way. The bed was good, bathroom spacious and clean, like new.
A big parking lot around the hostal and our dog was welcome, no extra te pay for her.
There is no bar or restaurant on the premises but there is a bar/cafetaria nearby ( 100 m) where you can have tapas , drinks and breakfast.
I had a blast at Hostal Alayka Hotel in Spain! The rooms were so clean, I could have eaten off the floor (but let's be real, I wouldn't want to waste a good meal like that). The furnishings were simple, but it gave me an excuse to live like a minimalist for a little while. The host was friendly and welcoming, even though he only spoke Spanish. I had to brush up on my poor Spanish, but it was worth it for the laughs.
We chose the Cies for the parking as our car was too high to get into any of the Salamanca car parks. Our car did fit into the individual garage which is integral and underneath the large bedroom and bathroom. Ideal for an overnight stay on our way south through Spain. Room was huge with a big TV and large bathroom with spa bath. All v clean and although near the airport, it was a very quiet rural location and suited our needs very well.
We had an amazing stay at Hostal Alayka!
The owner is extremely friendly and helpful, it is a very nice stay for a fair affordable price, as we were travelling by car to Salamanca city, and would stay here again.
