This was our overnight stop on the drive down from santander ferry port to our holiday stay on the Valencia coast. What a great way to start our break, very clean, comfortable and nicely styled room, fab adjoining Tapas facililities for dinner and breakfast. All we needed and at a great price. Highly recommended.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Great staff who were kind and very helpful, very clean hotel with comfortable beds, quiet - very good quality. The gardens of the hotel were lovely with lots of areas to sit.
The guy in the pension is very friendly. Although he couldn’t speak English and I couldn’t speak Spanish, he tried his best to give me useful information and help me. He had the taxi service to the church where the Beast Jesus is. So it’s convenient as well.
It is a family house rebuild to the hotel. Clean, with a garden where you can get a morning coffee with a cigaret. Pretty close to do city center, but already far for the famous Ecce Homo (still walkable).
The hostal was better than we dared to expect, the downside being that it's on a very busy road and noisy at night. Also the parking was very limited and we had to park in a side street.
We had difficulty finding it initially, but the manager must have noticed the UK car and came to meet us!
Very friendly and clean. Would stay again preferably at the rear!
The breakfast was adequate, pre-packed, but in line with what you'd expect from a hostal.
