The hotel and staff were really helpful letting us keep our bikes in the basement. Breakfast was good value and you could have as much as you wanted. Location was near enough to the town centre to walk to but far enough out to be quiet.
Very nice hosts and a quiet and interesting house. The room was large and well fitted in an old stle that is rare to find these days, beautifully done by the owners. The hostess was very friendly and obliging as always (our 3rd or 4th stay - all equally good. Benavente is large enough to still be lively and open in November, unlike town on the pilgrim route.
This is a unique property. A historical house full of interesting features. But it is also comfortable, clean and so quiet. I had my own sunny terrace and a little kitchen. Anna was a lovely host.
