I had a situation and I tried to reach out to the owner but they never answered me up until the day of the reservation. I tried calling and messaging but they never replied. So if you ever have a problem with the reservation, just don’t try to reach out to them because they won’t answer anyway.

Lovely place. Exceptional hosts and amazing breakfast. So quiet and wonderfully comfortable bed. We slept so well. The sheets were very soft and the bed was the perfect firmness for us. Good pillows, too. We said we liked the bed more than our unreasonably expensive bed at home, lol. Would absolutely stay here again and would definitely highly recommend. Also enjoyed the streaming service on the TV. Ample kitchen facilities if you want them. Bottle of cava and fresh fruit in the room was a nice touch.

Also, host Williams is such a simple and humble young guy that he would make himself uncomfortable in order for you to enjoy your stay. Every hostel should have a Williams, someone friendly who really cares!

- Chio is a good location for some : small calm village with places to eat nearby, good for hikers, 2 min from the highway)
- Room is small but good to sleep, too small to spend the evening IMO but the patio is available.
- Humble room yet provided the essentials like towels and soap
- Self check-in, but instruction and many recommendations were given via whatsapp

Very warm welcome, instant cleanliness, information and support given immediately. Hostess Giovanni and Sylvie went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one, they booked a restaurant and provided transport there. The restaurant, Chimchitate was excellent! We had a very nice evening chatting to our hostess and briefly met our fellow residents. Bed was clean and comfortable, had a great sleep, used the facilities which were nice and clean. Had a lovely breakfast of hot bread and jam with coffee, most welcome!!
We had been stranded by our tour operator due to a storm in Scotland, we felt vulnerable until we found Alma Libre. A very different experience for us but one we would gladly do again. Thanks for your kindness you in a bad situation x

I liked the distance from Airport and Self-Checkin, nice quite town, clean rooms and shower, very cosy inner place. Good value for those money. Pleasant communication through whatsapp with support agent.

Great location, the host was very helpful. The apartment has everything thing you need for a comfortable stay, the building is very quiet. The swimming pool area is great, plenty of room. The pool is salt water which was a pleasant surprise. The supermarket is also right beside you and you can catch the bus right outside if you want to go and see Los Cristianos etc..
Only good things to say. Alex was a great host and accommodating to my time. The apartment was perfect, very clean, nicely furnished and in a great location. Pool and rooftop around the corner, beach close by. When I go back I will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Location was peacefull and outstanding, big patio terras with view over the sea and island was brilliant. Loved the bed and satelite tv aswell.
