The location right in the heart of the old town was perfect for us, stepped outside to a full range of coffee shops and restaurants yet a short stroll from the beach and promenade.
The email link to access the apartment was easy to follow and worked well. The accommodation was spotlessly clean with a fresh smell in all areas, clean towels daily was great.
A lift took us to the first floor and the bed was so comfortable, we have booked this accommodation for New year eve celebrations so looking forward to being in the heart of town again.
Next visit we've made sure we have a room with a balcony for reasons listed in next section.

The hostal is spotlessly clean,the staff are so helpful. The rooms were clean and serviced daily.The two adjoining restaurants are absolutely fantastic. The tram is only 2 mins walk and you can either go to the fantastic beach in under 5 mins or into alicante which takes about 2 mins. Cost of tram is around £1.50.Would highly recommend ! We will definitely be returning.

These are the nicest people you will ever meet. I met three gentlemen who ran the place, all of whom were kind and generous. José is the owner, I think, and is an especially warm person.
It is a hostal/guesthouse. Very (very) basic. The bed was comfortable, and the room and bathroom meticulously clean. It is not luxurious.
The location is fantastic. One street from the ocean, steps to the centre, shops, cafes, bars, etc. That said, it is tucked between two "interesting" establishments, "night clubs," catering to gents in the market for "professional services." Mary Magdalena business. They have been operating for decades, and the city doesn't seem to mind. It wasn't a problem (flattering, really), but you might have to explain it to your children.

We arrived early the cleaner was very kind and gracious and let us store our cases and gave us water as very hot. Beautiful and modern apartment in the centre. Upon our arrival we found drinks, fresh fruit. The rooms are quiet and spotless with super comfortable and comfortable beds and we found them sponge slippers and all kinds of kits. The apartment has everything you need and nothing is missing. Excellent host . We recommend it and we will definitely be back …
Perfect in almost every way, have stayed here before. Great location 5 minutes from Luceros. Plenty of food shops nearby. Street level but very quiet. Fully equipped kitchen. Apartment entry is keyless so no need to arrange meet with host. Outer door can be locked so if you can give an approximate arrival time that will help.
The accommodation is located in a quiet neighborhood and the sealed windows shut out the noise caused by cars or bikes passing by almost completely. Bus stop to the city centre or tram station is just a couple of minutes in distance on foot. Bakery and supermarkets are nearby.. Walking to the city centre takes about 10-15 minutes. The host Francis is very kind and helpful. ¡Gracias por todo! 😁

Great location, very near the beach and the city centre. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, very quiet considering it's central location and the hosts were easy to get hold of via Whatsapp if needed. Easy to get in using a code for the front door and for the apartment door, meaning you didn't have to worry about keys. The travel cot and high chair provided were great for our little one and the lift was essential with having a pram with us. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
The owner Cristian was a great host, he gave good tips to see the city and good restaurant tips. The location is great, it is in the city centre but still in the quieter streets. Everything is within walking distance.
