It is a lovely place, everything is quite small, but very tidy and it has a great atmosphere - the shower is very confy and the breakfast is clearly made with love. It is less than 15 min from the University!

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Villa Hortensia. We came over for the half marathon, and spent a lovely few days going around the city. The hotel is in the prettiest courtyard in Tallinn, the Masters Courtyard. We loved coming back there every day. The room we were in had everything we needed and was clean and tidy, and our hosts were friendly and helpful. Thank you so much Villa Hortensia!

The location! It is right in the middle of the old town, behind a church and next to a lovely Cafe which serves nice hot chocolate 💕 because of the building's design it gives a feeling of communal living which is rare in hostels these days. Because it is rather hidden, the Noise from the touristic area can hardly be heard even on Saturday.

I had a great stay in Munkenhof. The place was very clean, including common bathrooms. I asked for an early check-in due to my work and the manager gladly provided this. Wifi was very fast and reliable (i asked about that before my arrival). I stayed there during the week so my room was half empty and very quiet. Overall i was pleasantly surprised!
