This was our second time to dstay at Ungru Guesthouse and it did not disappoint. Everything about it is lovely- comfortable beds, delicious breakfast, very accommodating staff....I can't say enough about it! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Hiiumaa!

Good location in Kärdla, close to the bus station and a very good grocery store. And a beach/pier where one can swim is just a short walk away. Shared toilets, showers and kitchens were clean (though bring your own body wash and shampoo). I arrived a bit later than open reception times, but a quick call had the owner come to greet me and explain the amenities, she was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Food at downstairs restaurant was great and the location is in the center of Kärdla. Breakfast had good selection and was very good. People were friendly.

All I can say is that this is a wonderful accommodation option, a very rare find, especially considering the price.
The bathtub is perfect. The room is quite stylish and retro in a good way. The mattress is extremely comfortable and welcoming. There are a small fridge and a kettle in the room, which is really great. The parking is free. Pet-friendly. Blackout curtains. Smart reading lights. My wife and I enjoyed the extended weekend so much, and a huge fraction of our Hiiumaa impressions was the hotel which felt like our new temporary home.

The apartment had toys and a whole play area for children inside and a sand box outside.. Shower and bathroom are separate which makes it convenient in the mornings.
The host was very nice and super responsive and even granted a late checkout at no additional cost due to some unforseen circumstances.
We loved the style and the cut of the apartment as well as the sauna. It also has a washing machine.
The kitchen has all main utilities.
Very elegant, fresh and comfortable house. Every detail is in place, new and clean. supercomfortable bed. small kitchen unit, outdoor terrace. great and welcoming hosts :)
