Conveniently close to the bus stop. 2 out 3 beds very comfy and the extra blankets were most appreciated. Food provided at the hostel opposite was good. Very basic no frills room, ignore the well staged photos and description.

Incredibly warm and welcoming hospitality with clean facilities overlooking the valley. The family are so kind and and shared lots of stories about their community. They even gave us a tour of their beautiful veggie garden and Guinea pigs. Great outdoor seating for a beer at sunset. They also provided a lunchbox for the next day’s hike. Would 100% recommend!

The staff was extremely helpful, and the room was clean, comfortable, and cozy.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Good location. Comfy bed.
Stove in bedroom is lit by staff in the evening- this was lovely!
Good social space with hammocks- however hostel was very quiet so no one else around.
Great Hostel! Nice room. We had warm blankets, a heater, a hot shower and in the livingroom there is a cozy wood oven. The family that runs the hostel is very friendly and helpfull and the breakfast and dinner was great, even vegetarian. Thank you for the lovely stay!
Lovely family run hostel. They are very warm, welcoming and do everything they can to help! The food was great and the room though cold, was heated by a fire on request. Great location, very short walk to the viewpoint and start of Quilotoa lake trail.
A great hostel, with lovely central 'living' area with hammocks and games. We really appreciated the wood-burning stoves at night! The evening meal was good (but might not suit fussy eaters as it is a set meal).
Great location right in front of the start of the trails. They provided you with lots of blankets so the lack of heater wasnt a problem for me. I also like the style of the hostel. Dinner and breakfast which were included in the quoted price was great.
