This is like a studio apartment complex run like an air bnb. Great value, great location, close to plaza San Sebastian. Would definitely stay here again.
The staff were really helpful and nice, and the check-in was quick. The room was large and had a balcony onto the main street. We we closed the windows it was quite quiet. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water. Their wifi worked really well, and because of all , we extended our stay here. It's very close to the centre and has a good cheap chicken restaurant next door.
The room is spacious and clean. Towels are provided. There is also a tv with Netflix. The host is very friendly, and he let us use the washing machine for free. The neighborhood is quiet and so is the room. There are groceries and restaurants nearby. It is a 15/20min walk to the central market region. Very good value for money in Loja

Very central location, 5-10mins walk to city centre, next to the park, beautiful view of the city and hill, apartment very big and spacious with courtyard, nice comfortable bed and big kitchen, hosts was great, everything was awesome!!
What a excellent place to stay. Its a family run business and the host's are ever so friendly. The rooms and dining/breakfast area were absolutely spotlessly clean. We had dinner there and it was great. Also breakfast was very nice and great coffee. Bedroom and bathroom are the best we have seen in Ecuador. Also it's very quiet. No traffic noise. I would highly recommend this Hotel.
The family are lovely kind , perfect hosts,, great English speaking,,helps people like me with very little Spanish...house and apartment perfect for me ,,very quiet area,,the quiest I have had in nine months in South America... lovely kitchen with perfect condition appliances,,I will stay coming back from Argentina
