Super sweet location, just a few steps to the beach, and with its own beach access. Nice pool and hang out areas. It was nice with a fan in the room. Their "mahi mahi"-something - pescado de la plancha in the restaurant, one of the best dishes I've had in a long time. Super nice, friendly and helpful staff.

Our initial reaction was that this was a very pleasant place. The facilities and decor are basic, but everything you could need is there. The location is close to the ocean, with lots of nature around. My mum really enjoyed the pizzas in the restaurant, saying they were as good as the ones in Sicily.

Great space, reasonably clean, with an amazing view of the sea. Apartment is large with a very nice kitchen and bathroom. Wi-Fi, hot water, AC all worked well. Complimentary breakfast was awesome. Reception staff was helpful and kind. Great location in the middle of the beautiful tourist beach area. Ayampe is a quiet village and the streets roll up at 8 most nights. Not a very social town but it is clean and gorgeous! Found some great restaurants including Los Orishas and Mali.
A great location, very close to the beach. We got an upgraded room (with sea view!!), which was very nice. The breakfast with fresh fruits was delicious. We also booked a tour to Isla de Plata via this hostel, which was very well organized. Because the tour was in the early morning, the hostel made it possible for us to have an early breakfast, and even arranged a taxi to pick us up.
